Spinuts Kimia Dates – 500 gm

Kimia dates are Iranian date fruit grown in most of Iran’s south regions but it is more grown in the southern
Iranian city of Bam. The dates are oval-shaped and have meaty and succulent flesh inside. They can be eaten out of hand or added to puddings, cakes, and cookies. They act as an energy booster as they are a good source of natural sugars like fructose, glucose, and sucrose. They have a good amount of iron which makes them beneficial for people suffering from anemia.
